We understand that purchasing a piece of equipment of this caliber is a significant investment for your business. That’s why every Versabend comes with our full 3-Year Limited Warranty at no extra cost, so you can operate with confidence and peace of mind.

What This Warranty Covers

Length of Coverage:

• Three (3) years from the date of purchase, covering the original purchaser only.

Covered Components:

• Frame: All structural welds and materials.
• Hydraulics: Cylinders, hoses, fittings, and hydraulic pump.
• Motor: Electric motor and related internal components.
• Die: Manufacturing defects in dies provided with the machine.
• Controls: Switches, wiring, and electronic controls.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty is designed to protect you from manufacturing defects, not from normal wear or damage caused by improper use. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by operator misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage caused by a lack of routine maintenance or incorrect maintenance practices
• Improper setup, installation, or modifications
• Consumable parts such as hydraulic oil, seals, filters, and similar components, unless proven defective at the time of delivery
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect the functionality of the machine

How Warranty Service Works

If you believe your Versabend has an issue covered by this warranty:

1. Contact Us:
   • Call 864-446-3645 or email wendell@coldspringenterprises.com
   • Provide your proof of purchase, serial number, and a description of the problem
2. Submit Evidence:
   • Send clear photos or videos of the affected component(s) to help us assess the issue
3. Evaluation & Approval:
   • Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days
4. Repair or Replacement:
   • If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
   • For larger components or repairs, we may require the part to be shipped back to us for inspection.

Our Commitment to You

We know downtime is costly for your business. That’s why we aim to process all valid warranty claims quickly and efficiently. In most cases, replacement parts are shipped within a few business days after claim approval.

Limitations & Legal Notes

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
• Cold Springs Enterprises is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of production or profits, resulting from the use or inability to use the Versabend.
